How do I create an enquiry?
Just visit the ‘I’ll Browse’ or ‘Inspire Me’ section of our website and see the exciting range of sports and products. Choose your products and use the ‘Add to your enquiry’ button found in the bottom right hand corner. When you are finished choosing your sports, products and colours, simply enter your details and press ‘send’.
How do I order?
Once we receive your online enquiry, one of our Sales Team will be in contact to discuss your full requirements. Based on the information that you provide we will then generate a CAD presentation for your approval. If you like what you see and know how many you want to order we can then generate an order job sheet for your approval. Once you approve the job sheet and the T’s & C’s are met we will manufacture your order.
What is GFORCE Unique?
GFORCE Unique gives you the opportunity to step outside the box and design a truly unique kit. You no longer need to feel the constraints of having to run with set styles. You can work with our design team and create a unique look that will help you stand out from the crowd. All Unique designs are built around the chassis of our Classic range giving you and your team the security that your Unique design is going to work first time.
Can I add/remove features?
The idea of the GFORCE Unique service is giving you the customer the opportunity to create the kit you need. With this in mind, feel free to add/remove features as you require for your design. Lead times can improve at certain times of the year.
What are your manufacturing and delivery times?
We work to a reliable 6 – 8 week manufacturing and delivery pattern, which commences when we receive your final signed confirmation on the order job sheet.
What is CAD?
CAD Stands for Computer Aided Design. We use some of the best software on the market, which enables us to make your ideas come to life. The 3d images are a great way to understand how your designs look, and more importantly that they work for you.
How long do the CAD drawings take? – Are these the presentations?
We work on a 5 working day turn around but in many cases you will have them back before then.
What are your minimums?
On our GFORCE Classic ranges we offer minimums as low as 10 per style/colourway across any size range you like. GFORCE Unique is subject to minimums as low as 25 per style/colourway across any size range.
Do I have to have the ‘GFORCE’ Branding?
We have the ability within the Classic range to offer you a new service, GFORCE Signature which offers you the opportunity to become a part of the GFORCE brand, by producing your clubs, school or universities own GFORCE Labels e.g. GFORCE by ‘Your Name here’ subject to meeting annual minimums.
