Terms & Conditions
GENERAL CONDITIONS
All goods are sold subject to our Terms and Conditions which are available on request. These include retention of title provisions. Prices are subject to change. Moreover, all goods offered are subject to availability of materials; items may be withdrawn without notice. On receipt, customers are requested to check their ‘Order Job Sheet’ for accuracy. Your order will not go to manufacture until we have received a signed Job Sheet or an email confirming the Job Sheet’s accuracy. All confirmations must be in writing. We cannot accept responsibility for incorrect orders unless notified within 5 days of the ‘Order Job Sheet’ being confirmed.
Our GFORCE services are subject to the following Terms and conditions;
GFORCE CLASSIC SERVICE
Any product can be chosen from the styles within our Classic Collection. GFORCE Classic garments are subject to a minimum order of 10 pieces per style & colourway. All products are subject to GFORCE minimum branding requirements and will subsequently be supplied with ‘GFORCE’ Logos, ‘GFORCE by Gymphlex’ neck labels, side labels and neck tape. Personalized CAD presentations are provided on request.
GFORCE SIGNATURE SERVICE
Any product can be chosen from the styles within our Classic Collection. The GFORCE Signature Service is only available to customers who anticipate ordering a minimum of 500 pieces across the Gforce Range per annum: albeit, we will still accept individual minimum orders of 10 pieces per style & colourway. The Service allows customers to have their own School, club or retailer name within the side labels, neck labels and neck tape by replacing the wording ‘Gymphlex’ only. If your sales do not meet the annual minimum of 500 pieces, excess label and neck tape stocks may be charged to you. Personalized CAD presentations are provided on request.
GFORCE UNIQUE SERVICE
Any product can be chosen from the styles within our Classic Collection. GFORCE Unique garments are normally subject to a minimum initial order of 100 pieces per style & colourway with top up orders of only 10 (same style / colourway). Colourway dying is available and requires a minimum annual order of 500 pieces. Excess fabric stocks may be charged to you at the end of the 12 month period. School, club or retailer name can be added to the side labels, neck labels and neck tape by replacing the wording ‘Gymphlex’ only, in full compliance with our Signature Service terms. Personalized CAD presentations are provided on request. Unique products are subject to 10% surcharge against our Classic Collection prices. This charge is based on a minimum initial order of 100 pcs. Initial orders of less than 100 pcs will incur a surcharge of 25%.
LEAD TIMES
Please allow up to 10 working days for the production on your CAD presentations and a further 7 working days for the production of Jobs Sheets. On customer confirmation of Jobs Sheets please allow up to 8 weeks for order delivery.
SAMPLES
GFORCE Stock samples are available on request and will be invoiced to you, and then credited in full if returned ‘as new’ before payment is due. Supporting fabric swatches and size specification sheets are available on request.
COLOUR MATCHING
Colours printed in our brochure or displayed on our website are for indication purposes only, and may not accurately represent the actual fabric colours. It is the customer’s responsibility to ask for swatches of material showing the quality and colour of their chosen fabrics prior to ordering, especially when trying to colour match between knitted and woven fabrics.
HOLDING STOCK
Where we have agreed to hold Made to Order stock for you, any remaining balances will be invoiced by the 1st September each year.
V.A.T.
Information on VAT is supplied on all size specifications, which are available on request from our Customer Service Department. All highlighted sizes are suitable for children under 14 years of age and are therefore zero rated.
PAYMENT
Terms: Payment due 30 days net from invoice date. The Company reserves the right to withhold deliveries and to charge interest in accordance with its General Terms & Conditions of Sale where accounts are in arrears. See General Terms and Conditions of Sale. No compensation is offered for late deliveries, as clothing manufacture is not an exact science, as certain eventualities can greatly effect delivery, such as sickness, transport problems, faulty materials etc, which can be very difficult to predict.
GOODS DESPATCHED DIRECTLY TO CUSTOMERS OWN EMBROIDERERS OR PRINTERS
It is the Customer’s responsibility to check all garments are correct in every respect and as ordered before they are embellished, as regrettably we are unable to exchange them or offer refunds once the printing or embroidery has been applied.
CARRIAGE AND HANDLING CHARGES:
For orders up to £250 + vat in any one consignment, a handling charge of £6.95 + vat per carton will be charged. For orders of £250 + vat and above, carriage and handling is FREE of charge. Both of the aforementioned relate to deliveries within the United Kingdom only. Stolen, damaged or short deliveries must be reported within 3 days of delivery and non delivery within 7 days of despatch. Special delivery services are available on request. Export customers should advise which carrier is preferred, and will be charged for their delivery accordingly.
RETURNS
Customers are requested to obtain “a return despatch label” from our Customer Services Department prior to despatch which must be clearly shown on the outside of the packaging. Returns will only be accepted for goods that are in the current “stock range” and are subject to a charge of 30% for handling and re-packaging. Customers must obtain authorisation from the Customer Service Department before despatching returns. The Company retains the right to refuse returned goods that prove to be soiled, damaged and/or were supplied in excess of one year prior to receipt of return. It is the Company’s policy not to accept return of made to order or customer’s bespoke orders.
